Our Strategy

Our goal is to strengthen our position as a leading property developer in central PRC. To achieve this, we plan to adopt the following strategies to drive our future growth and increase shareholder value.

Our future plans for the growth and expansion of our businesses are described below:

Develop quality residential and commercial projects with special focus on developing specialty wholesale malls

  • To leverage on our industry experience, niche market knowledge and reputation as a leading property developer [in Zhengzhou]
  • Leverage on our track record as a wholesale mall property developer and manager
  • Continue to use innovative concepts and creative designs, with emphasis on quality workmanship, interior design and integrated landscaping for residential projects

Enhance our recurring income streams from rental income and property management fees

  • Continue to build upon our experience as a property manager after our first foray, Jiancai Gang
  • Aim to identify and acquire more suitable projects to lease and manage so as to create more avenues of recurring streams of rental and property management income

Build a team of professional in-house property managers

  • Actively recruit quality property managers with good track records and professionals with relevant and necessary experience
  • Study and adopt successful management models with a view to increase our competitiveness

Maintain a sufficient project pipeline through acquisitions, joint ventures or business alliances

  • Intend to continue to acquire new and suitable prime land parcels in Zhengzhou City, and where opportunity arises, other cities in the central part of the PRC
  • Actively seek such opportunities through the direct acquisition of land, or indirectly through acquisition of companies which own the land that is of interest to us
  • May also consider joint ventures or business alliances with such companies to jointly develop land

Continue to focus on Zhengzhou City and to explore new geographical areas

  • Intend to use our existing geographical advantage in Zhengzhou City to continue expanding our land bank and portfolio of projects
  • To consider expansion into new geographical areas in the central part of the PRC, which are undergoing increasing urbanisation
  • Capitalise on the growth potential of the property market in second-tier and third-tier cities and drive our expansion plans
  • Continue to focus on the Zhengzhou City region
  • Leverage on our reputation as a premium brand property developer to ensure our sustained development
